Company Current Core Properties

It has two prime properties, namely:-

1.  The Wisma MPL in Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur (a shopping cum office complex, in the CBD golden triangle district in the heart of the City of Kuala Lumpur within the vicinity and walking distance of KL 'Twin Towers' (KLCC), the KL Convention Hall, KL Tower, Pavillion shopping mall, Bintang Walk, Starhill Gallery, Sungei Wang and Low Yat Plaza. This road is dubbed a sort oflike "wall street" where many major banks, insurancecompanies and the KL Stock Exchange are situated. It is also the tourist and entertainment beltof Kuala Lumpur.

2.  Lakehill Resort City and APTEC Trade and Expo City in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor is on aprime tract of land of 638 acres located within the Eastgate Zone 'D' of Pasir Gudangof Special Economic Zone, ( ,

   The company has proposed an additionalnew block of 56 storey Office, Hotel cum Residential Tower to be built adjoining to the existing 21-storey Office Tower cum 4 storey Shopping Complex into becoming a Grade 'AAA' landmark iconic project.

APTEC and LAKEHILL Resort in Iskandar Malaysia is the Company’s 'Crown Jewel' asset

1.  APTEC Trade and Expo City is approved to be a unique Trade, Expo and Distribution 'HUB' of Asia for sourcing, procuring and distribution. It will comprise of one on of the largest of trade and exhibition halls, 3 hotels plus convention facilities, a large shopping malls, high-tech multimedia super corridor (MSC) offices, apartments, SOHO, International entertainment city totaling of about 8 million square feet of Gross Floor Area (GFA). The Government hasalready pre-qualified for 'special' incentives tax-free status and the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia has accorded it as a tourism landmark.

2. Lakehill Resort City is an integral development of APTEC complementing the international trade and tourism of lifestyle wellness working, living, recreation, education, medical, tourism. The natural lake and scenic hills health careresort-like green environment is conductive for work, leisure, play, live and active retirement.

3.  The APTEC City is projected to generate direct and indirect supply chain impact on the economy having Gross generating Revenue of over RM45 billion in 10 years operation forecast.

   Major public infrastructure of roads and highways has been completed in 2013. Water, sewerage treatment plants, electricity and telecommunication are available and to be upgraded to meet demand. It isa demographic matured location with surrounding residential population already exceeding 300,000 skilled andeducated workforce available.

   Taman Nusa Damai was developed with 2000 houses with two schools already built and completed in 2010 and a mosque scheduled for completion in 2014.

    A police regional HQ to ensure top security and safety is marked for construction with the land to be donated by Lakehill Resort Development Sdn Bhd.

   The last stretch of new highway connecting through the city is scheduled to commence construction work in 2014 with financial contribution already paid by the company.

4.  The Lakehill Resort integrated development is anticipated to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over RM6 billion and is targeted for completion in 2019. The development will feature a fresh water lake and two mini-lakes, surrounded by gentle rolling hills rarely seen in Johor where houses are built in stepping formation to ensure green views to the lake and magnificent sight of APTEC City. It also includes a Malaysia Cultural and Heritage tourist Village, a 6-star trade Convention Suite Hotel, Medical Specialist Hospital, APTEC University, International School, 'Real Rock' Cafe, platinum residence (retirement condos encouraging 'active' retirement with world class medical care and facilities), condominium and housing.
